1.  Widely used in roof, inside and outside walls, ground, toilet, kitchen, basement and warehouse of waterproof and moisture-proof and reinforced concrete structure of the seepage resistance;

2, used for underground civil air defense projects: such as culverts, Bridges, DAMS, tunnels, large hydropower stations, water diversion projects, to reduce water erosion, prevent weathering;

 3, for all kinds of pools: such as swimming pools, clean pools, sewage pools, water towers, etc.;

 4, used for high water absorption inorganic aggregate: such as perlite board, roofing brick, cement brick, high-rise building light body brick veneer, asbestos, inorganic fabrics, insulation materials, impregnation, so that it has a significant waterproof, moisture-proof effect;

 5, used for water-soluble building paint waterproof, color protection, pollution prevention, prevent aging, has been widely used in exterior wall surface;

 6, used for emulsion paint, sodium silicate, 107 glue additives, can make it has obvious water increase, and can maintain stable bond strength;

 7, used for oil drilling, adjustable mud viscosity and density, can effectively prevent drilling collapse, improve drilling rate;

 8.  It is used for pumping and injecting into the oil production layer at the later stage of the oil well to prevent the collapse of the crust skeleton of the oil production layer and make the oil far away from the oil well relatively smooth exploitation;

9, used for other special purposes to reduce water absorption and anti-seepage and waterproof.

1, waterproof mortar construction: clean up the basic sediment, debris, oil, etc.;

The cement-sand ratio is controlled in 1:2.5~3(32.5r grade Portland cement, medium sand, mud content is less than 3%), water cement ratio is less than 0.5. Pure silicone waterproofing agent dosage of cement dosage of 3~5%, in order to ensure the mixing, should be the first silicone waterproofing agent and mortar ratio of water mixed evenly and then add cement and sand. The waterproof layer is divided into two layers (each layer is 10mm thick).

The bottom layer is first plastered with vegetable mortar 1mm, and then plastered with waterproof mortar layer. When the initial setting, it is compacted and rubbed into pitted surface with wood trowel. Wipe the second layer of waterproof mortar after pressing smooth compaction (such as decoration construction, must be rubbed intohemp).

According to the normal water spraying curing, spraying cement curing agent effect is better.

 2, waterproof concrete construction: pure silicone waterproof dose accounted for 1% of the cement dosage, evenly mixed with thepreparation of concrete, and ordinary concrete construction method is the same.In order to ensure that the mixture is uniform, should first be organic silicon water-proofing agent and concrete with a proportion of water mixed evenly and then add cement, sand and stones.

 3, leakage maintenance construction: the original base smooth surface should be chiselled into the pitted surface, after cleaning the floating ash, do the plain mortar combination layer, and then wipe the waterproof mortar layer.

Is the leaking place must first stop the water.

The Angle of Yin and Yang should be rounded and compacted.

Stubble to slope shape (stubble width 100~150mm), stubble with plain mortar as a binding layer, and then wipe waterproof mortar layer.

 4, spraying impermeable construction: silicone waterproof agent plus 15 times water diluted after spraying on cement surface,brick, tile, gypsum board, ordinary coating wall and other absorbent inorganic building materials surface for impermeable moisture-proof treatment, has excellent effect.

1, the agent in winter construction, can be used with sodium nitrite antifreeze.

 2, this agent is a general chemical, construction personnel in storage and use should be careful not to splash the face,

especially not to splash into the eyes, otherwise immediately flush with a lot of water or ask a doctor to deal with.

When operating, wear protective gloves, protective glasses and work clothes to avoid contact with skin.

 3, the agent in the transportation and use shall not contact zinc, aluminum, tin and other active metals, can not be stored with iron metal containers, in order to avoid chemical reaction caused by product deterioration and container corrosion.

Great product,excellent quality.I used this glue to apply it to a latch on the wall that was leaking water and it fixed it perfectly.I passed 3 hands to make sure.The glue becomes transparent.

Kayaker Kaiser

The product arrived quickly,well packaged/sealed,and comes with a brush for application.It is a kind of cream and has a chemical smell that is like glue or silicone.I bought the larger tube,as I intend to use it around the shower stall, to prevent leaks.

Dana AP.

Jaysuinginvisiblewaterproofagent.

  • Jaysuing Invisible Waterproof Agent is a paintable, water-based sealant, Jaysuing excels in waterproofing various surfaces.
  • Jaysuing Invisible Waterproof Agent forms a strong, flexible protective layer that is leak-proof and can adhere well even to wet surfaces. Plus, Jaysuing Invisible Waterproof Agent maintains its transparency and doesn’t yellow, preserving the original look of the surface.
  • Jaysuing Invisible Waterproof Agent works by changing the contact angle from acute to obtuse, Jaysuing Invisible Waterproof Agent causes water to bead up on the surface rather than easily infiltrating it. The affinity between water and a surface determines how easily Jaysuing Invisible Waterproof Agent can be wetted and thus penetrated by water. A liquid will wet a surface when Jaysuing Invisible Waterproof Agent’s contact angle with that surface is acute. A waterproofing coating, however, has an obtuse contact angle, which makes the surface repel water.
